Coaching

Lars Fomsgaard is a coach, mental trainer, hypnotherapist, and therapist, among other roles. However, he is fundamentally opposed to the idea of relying on such help, even though it may sometimes be necessary to seek out a coach, for example. A dependency can easily develop between a client and a coach, mental trainer, hypnotherapist, or therapist, leading to a situation where the client feels the need to consult their helper whenever a problem arises.

The type of coaching and mental training that Lars Fomsgaard offers is centered around self-help. The focus is consistently on what the client can do independently, with the guidance aimed at providing techniques to support this.

Anyone who has either read the book or attended a lecture can subsequently contact Lars Fomsgaard via email for further advice and guidance, free of charge. The first question will always be: “What have you done so far?”

Both in the book and during the lectures, a small worksheet titled “Things You Can Do Yourself” is provided. This can also be downloaded from this website. The first step is always to try one or more of these techniques.

Experience shows that over 99% of those who try these techniques experience positive outcomes and discover that they can do it themselves. However, if something proves challenging or doesn’t seem to work as expected, or if you would like further clarification or guidance, don’t hesitate to send an email. Help is available, and it’s free.
